We provide psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. Everyone is welcome!
Todd Hartley M.A., M.S.W., R.S.W.
Clinic Director and Psychotherapist
I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, loneliness, and self-criticism, as well as family difficulties and relationship challenges including issues with intimacy. I also work with patients who are experiencing challenges with grief, difficulties with stress, self-esteem, and trauma. All are welcome.
My approach is primarily psychodynamic. This method focuses on helping clients gain insight into their thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. Grounded in evidence-based practice, this approach allows for lasting and meaningful change. Psychodynamic psychotherapy has been shown to provide more significant and lasting change than other approaches to therapy which focus on cognition or thoughts.
I work from the perspective that psychotherapy is about clarifying ideas about who we are and who we would like to be. Therapy is a process of giving words to experiences, memories and emotions in order to improve well-being.
I’m a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers.

Geoff Bennett-Sicilia M.Sc., R.P.(Q)
Psychotherapy for Adults and Adolescents
Geoff works with individuals experiencing anxiety, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive issues, perfectionism, and low self-worth. He also works with patients experiencing social and generalized worry, phobias, and trauma. His approach emphasizes self-understanding, emotional insight, and the exploration of past and present relational patterns.
He views therapy as a collaborative process—one that respects each person’s pace, values, and emotional landscape. In early sessions, Geoff works closely with clients to understand what brings them to therapy and what change they would like to make. From there, treatment is tailored to support personal growth, symptom relief, and deeper self-awareness.
Geoff holds a Master of Science in Psychotherapy from McMaster University. His clinical training includes work at respected mental health programs such as the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic (ATRC) at St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP) in Toronto.
